Basic woodworking skills are required
Knowledge of building is favored, but attitude is very important
Applicant must be punctual, attentive, and extremely adaptive.

This position requires a very flexible personality with a “no job too small” mentality, with the ability to turn on their focus when attention to detail really counts. Applicant must be able to self manage and operate tools responsibly. This is a very physical job in which you should expect to be on your feet all day. This is the ideal job for a recent graduate looking to sharpen their skills and learn in a very professional environment. Many of the tasks may be mundane.
