Ability to work well in a team, yet under someone’s direction, working in a fast paced environment, while maintaining safety and quality standards. It’s important to work well under pressure.

Must have familiarity with the following materials, equipment and processes:
Ready patch
Body-filler
Sanding, patching nail holes & end grain
Experience with putty knives and orbital sander/sanding equipment
MDF and plywood.

QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years related finishing and painting experience • Self-monitoring yet works well in groups

COMPENSATION:
Flexible schedule including weekends & occasional overnights. Starting Salary is $20/hour based on experience.
