DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Attention to fine detail, a steady hand and the patience for and enjoyment of repetitious work is required
You must also be strong, willing to break a sweat and sometimes get a little dirty
We are seeking someone with skills, or experience, in some of the following:
Sculpture with unconventional materials,
Research,
Origami,
Painting/Drawing
Sewing, Knitting,
Rope making,
Wood/Metal/Glass working,
Photography,
Photoshop, Illustrator, Filemaker, Mac,

We are looking for out going/open minded personality, punctuality, ability to work either alone or cooperatively, sense of humor, physical (and emotional) strength and the ability to take criticism.

The studio is in Downtown Manhattan, within walking distance of A, C, E (blue) and 1 (red) subway lines.

COMPENSATION:
Full Time Position. $17 an hour- 40 hour week. Monday - Friday 9am-6pm. Please do not apply if you cannot work full time and do not plan on making a long-term commitment. Schedule and pay is non negotiable
