Timber and Cloth is a small female owned Furniture upholstery shop located in Brooklyn. We are looking for a Part Time shop assistant to help with the daily operation and flow of the shop! Upholstery experience is not required, but a plus; you must have reasonable experience and feel comfortable working with hand tools and some power tools.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Stripping furniture of old upholstery fabrics and prepping for reuphosltery
small shop related build projects
help to organize and catalogue fabric bolts
sanding and priming furniture
stuffing cushions and pillows

**this is a multifunctional job, so the candidate must be willing and excited to have revolving task weekly. We are small but fast growing!

COMPENSATION:
Part Time Position. Salary Range: $ 10 to $15/hr
